Our mission is award economically disadvantaged military servicemembers and veterans with scholarships to become sports officials. By donating, you offset upfront expenses like registration fees and uniforms. We provide training and job placement to help recipients lace up their shoes as sports officials. RAMS Is a 501c3 represented by a Board of Directors with 40 years of officiating experience and over 100 years of military service.

Solve the US referee shortage
Schools are seeing fewer referees available to officiate, and 80% of new officials leave after three years. In the last three years, 20% of experienced officials have aged out and retired.
