Our mission is to reduce the sports officials' shortage through awarding economically disadvantaged military servicemembers scholarships to offset all upfront expenses (registration fees & uniforms). RAMS provides training and job placement to help servicemembers lace up their shoes as sports officials. RAMS Is a 501c3 represented by a Board of Directors with 56 years of officiating experience and 93 years of military service.

Solve the US Referee Shortage
Schools are seeing fewer referees available to officiate, and 80% of new officials leave after three years. In the last three years, 20% of experienced officials have aged out and retired.

Fully Funded Scholarships
